What we finance
Business-purpose financing in Massachusetts, secured by commercial and investment property. Equipment, working capital, and SBA loans are placed through our lending partners.

Fuel and convenience, repair shops, car washes, restaurants, daycare. Thinner lender territory: most of these route through SBA 504 and specialty lenders.
Apartment buildings
5 to 50 units, purchase and refinance, including notes coming up on their maturity date.
